About Cover-More Europe
This role is part of our Cover-More Europe team.
Cover-More Europe provides insurance solutions througha number ofdifferent customer-facing brands across travel, car hire, specialty, and pet sectors in the United Kingdom,Irelandand the rest of Europe.

Whatyou'llbe doing:
In theroleof ComplaintsHandleryou will specialisein customer resolution for complaintsincluding:
Resolving complaints/disputes
Providing insights on complaints data to mitigate future complaints and improve the customer experience
Identifyingopportunities for continuous improvement in complaints handling and the related customer experience
Reporting and communicating on the above points, internally and (whererequired) externally
Supporting on external third part administrator audits
What skills and experienceyou'llbring on this journey:
Minimum 3 years' experience handling complaints for a financial service provider, insurance sector preferred
Fluent in English and either Dutch, German, French or Italian
One of the below is essential:
Accredited Product Advisor, APA (Personal General Insurance)
Licentiate or Fellow of the Compliance Institute, LCI/FCI
Experience with gathering and preparing files requests for the relevant Ombudsman
Knowledge of a range of General Insurance products
Experience in managing complaints across multiplejurisdictions
Professional phone manner
Must havevery strongwritten communication skills and be able to draftcomplaint correspondence
