Location: Hybrid / Office-based with travel to events nationwide.Salary: €30,000 (OTE €37,000)Job Type: Full-timeJob Summary:ClubSpot Events is a leading fundraising and events company with a strongreputation for delivering high-quality events for sports clubs and non-profitorganisations across Ireland. As pioneers in our space, we are committed to raising€10 million per year for non-profit organisations through expertly deliveredfundraising events.We are now seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Events Operation Manager to supportour Events Management team. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop acareer in events, gain hands-on experience, and play a key role in ensuring eventsare delivered to a consistently high standard.The role involves regular weekend work, attendance at live events, and closecollaboration with our Events Managers and wider operations team.Key Responsibilities:Event Support & Delivery:● Support Events Managers in the planning, preparation, and delivery ofevents.● Assist with day-to-day operational tasks to ensure events run smoothly andprofessionally.● Attend a minimum of 35 events per year, primarily taking place at weekends.● Assist with on-site event setup, pack-down, and logistics, including sound,lighting, screens, and props.● Help prepare, load, and organise the event van, equipment, and materials,with additional office days required when needed.Event Operations:● Assist with venue setup, event flow, and general event management on theday.● Support the management of staff and volunteers during events.● Assist with counting, packing, and storing equipment and props post-event.Team Collaboration:● Work closely with Events Managers to support their events and workload.● Collaborate with internal teams when required including operations,marketing, and sales.● Maintain strong relationships with clubs, charities, and external partners.Administration & Reporting:● Assist with event preparation checklists and post-event reporting.● Support post-event evaluations and feedback collection.● Ensure high standards of presentation, organisation, and professionalismacross all events.Working Arrangements:● Required to be in the office one day per week, another day may be requiredto pack van/ conduct props checklist.● Weekend work is essential.● Travel to events nationwide is required.Skills & Experience:● Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.● Willingness to learn and support a fast-paced events team.● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.● Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.● Full clean driver's licence.● Previous events or hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential.Benefits:● Paid travel expenses for all events.● Day in lieu for weekend work.● Opportunity to progress within a growing events company.● Laptop and phone provided.● 22 Days Annual Leave Per Year.● Hybrid Work Options.How to Apply:Please send your CV and Cover Letter to Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to €37,000.00 per yearBenefits:Free or subsidised travelWork from homeWork Location: Hybrid remote in Aghadreenagh, Stradone, CO.
