A semistate organisation is seeking to hire two temporary compliance officers to process a body of administrative work for security compliance.
The two role holders will be supervised, clearly directed and supported to conduct oversight of the recruitment of 3rd party personnel who hold security passes in the organisation.
The 2 hires will meet a specific KPI to audit 300 3rd party companies during the 6-month period of the hire. Each person will be required to Audit 25 companies per month over each of the 6 months.
This will deliver the 300 3rd party companies on time as required.
Duties:
* Review and inspect external (3rd Party) regulated entities and verify that background checks for all staff
* Gather documented information relating to employee's pre-employment checks with full training provided
* Assess if the requirements are met and report accordingly
Experience:
* Experience as a document controller / auditor / skilled administrator
* Ability to work without supervision and on own initiative
* Excellent communication skills
* A high level of proficiency in MS Office applications and in excel
* To be very comfortable with accuracy and precise reporting of facts.
