Financial Reporting Specialist
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Financial Reporting Specialist.
Job Description:
As a Financial Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial reports to our clients. This will involve accurate and timely completion of all assigned tasks and requests for information.
* Support the preparation of financial statements and related disclosures on a quarterly, semi-annual, and/or annual basis.
* Liaison with external auditors and deal with audit queries in a professional and timely manner.
* Preparation of regulatory returns where applicable, including Central Bank returns.
* Ensure agreed client service levels and regulatory filing deadlines are met.
* Coordinate with shared services teams to ensure timely follow-up and completion of audit requests and queries.
* Collaborate with other team members to build scalable financial reporting operations.
Required Skills:
* Accounting experience within the investment industry with an exposure to financial reporting.
* Appreciation of accounting principles is desirable, qualified accountant or part-qualified and interested in completing their qualification advantageous.
* Ability to work in a structured pattern, setting priorities and meeting deadlines.
* Strong communication skills.
* Excellent desktop, IT, and systems skills.
