Programme Supervisor
Location: Carrick-on-Shannon, Co. Leitrim
Our client is hiring a Programme Supervisor to support adults with disabilities in achieving greater independence, community inclusion, and personal development through person‑centred support services.
Key Responsibilities
Support service users to achieve personal goals and access community opportunities
Develop and deliver individual support programmes
Lead and support a team of staff
Promote independent living and person‑centred planning
Maintain high standards of care, health & safety, and service quality
Work closely with families, stakeholders, and external agencies
Requirements
Level 7 qualification in Health & Social Care or related field
Experience supporting adults with disabilities
Full clean driving licence
Experience with person‑centred planning and community integration
Strong IT and report‑writing skills
Salary & Benefits
€39,120 – €47,484 pro rata DOE
