Role Profile The Marketing Manager reports to the Innovation and Marketing Senior Manager and is responsible for implementing commercial strategy in International markets.
The Marketing Manager works closely with the in-market teams to deliver activity in conjunction with the Innovation and Marketing Senior Manager.
Responsibilities Managing the master brand and category strategy toolkits and assets, including go to market playbooks, content and digital strategy.
Liaises with relevant agencies and Digital Marketing Team on development of core assets and website.
Works closely with and supports in-market international commercial teams taking centrally developed propositions and implementing them in market.
Assists in market projects that require a central guidance and steer ranging from brand activation through to bespoke retailer or distributor propositions.
Works closely with the Commercial teams on the ground to inform the development of new projects across competitive set, brand landscape, pricing and route to market.
Hosts monthly hub with remote marketing teams to review project updates and content/ recipe development.
Translates marketing insights and analysis of key issues into clear & compelling brand playbooks, coordinating the over-arching pricing strategy, margin analysis and guardrails per product per market.
Responsible for the interim day-to-day execution of marketing plans in INTL markets working with distribution partners on the ground until local resources are in place Develops creatives and brand assets together with markets, distributors and agencies.
Responsible for all design updates to packaging materials before regs and mandatories are applied.
Development of all relevant packaging claims for new to the business products.
Works closely with MR&I on brand health tracking and reporting, ensuring that the Consumer category is on trend and relevant both in terms of the products brought to market and the marketing campaigns that are executed.
Responsible for customer visits and events in Ireland.
Responsible for trade fair infrastructure design and Tirlan representation/booths if/as needed Budget Management Requirements Commercial experience in a global B2C organisation including food service, retail and direct-to-consumer channels Marketing and Commercial experience in International markets Experience in launching new products into international markets a distinct advantage Understanding of commercial value chain and good financial grasp of P&L builds Competencies: Creative Communication & Collaboration Excellent organization & prioritisation skills Attention to detail Commercial Acumen Financial Acumen We offer Hybrid working (flex Fridays) Free parking incl.
