The Commercial Manager is a key position in our client's construction business, specializing in roofing and cladding projects. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage the commercial, contractual, financial, and administrative aspects of one or multiple facade, glazing, cladding, or remediation projects.



Key responsibilities include ensuring margin delivery cashflow accuracy risk protection procurement alignment programme compliance accurate digital reporting maintaining Business Central and Core Link reflecting live commercially correct positions safeguarding contractual rights through notices claims entitlement validation managing expectations vs progress procurements coordinating defense justification supporting dispute resolution negotiations with clients and PQSs capturing commercially changes reviews tenders negotiates rates scope clarity validates alignment monitoring supplier performance long lead items exposure trends.
