Job Title: Construction Cost Management Specialist About the Role: The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial management of our construction projects. You will be responsible for providing accurate and timely cost advice, cost planning, and commercial support throughout the project lifecycle. This includes preparing tenders, analysing and selecting appropriate s/cs, negotiation and finalise s/c orders, financial and commercial management of s/cs to Final Account completion. You will also manage and report forecasts, targets, reconciliations, site records, document control, variation reporting, valuations, and assist in site records and document control. Liaising with and commercially influencing/challenging site management teams while maintaining and protecting our clients' commercial and contractual entitlement. Manage and oversee AQS and TQS, checking and taking responsibility for their work and sign-off SMM/measurement issues. Key Responsibilities:
