The position can be based within either our Galway or Limerick offices. Being regionally based, the role will primarily cover the west and northwest, but also stretch into the southern region. The role will involve delivering high quality valuation services across all sectors of the market including retail, office, industrial, living and development land. We are looking for someone who will fit with the friendly, sociable, dedicated and hardworking team dynamic.You will primarily be involved in preparing detailed valuation reports for banks, investors, developers, and corporate clients for a variety of commercial property types. You will also work closely with the other V&A teams across the country as well as the local transactional agency teams.
