We are seeking experienced Social Care Team Leaders to join our team in Meath, Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support services to our clients.
The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a genuine passion for delivering exceptional care, and a commitment to providing person-centered support. They will also have the ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
* Minimum QQI Level 7-degree qualification in Social Care or a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, Youth and Community, Social Science, Family Support, Disability Studies, or other relevant qualification.
* Minimum two years' experience working in a Social Care, Healthcare, or related role with children, young people, or adults.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
* Full clean manual driver's license.
* Flexibility regarding working hours.

Other Requirements
Additional requirements include:
* Psychology (Level 8) and Level 7 in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy, Counselling / Psychotherapy, Addiction Counselling, Applied Behavioural Analysis, Youth and Community Work, Family Support, Social Work Professional Practice, Social Sciences / Social Studies, Disability Studies, Early Years Care (U12 centres only), BA Applied Policing, Higher Certificate in Custodial Care, Teaching and Nursing qualifications may be considered.
