**Key Responsibilities:
* To work with farmers, landowners, and other stakeholders to promote pollinator-friendly practices
* To develop and implement conservation plans that support pollinators
* To monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of conservation efforts
**Required Skills:
1. BSc or MSc degree in Biology, Ecology, Conservation Science or related fields
2. A minimum of 2 years' experience working in environmental management/conservation roles
