We are not looking for a lead generator. We are looking for a Closer.
The Role You will be targeting Operations Managers, Fleet Directors, and MDs of companies with fleets ranging from 5 to 500+ vehicles. Your goal is to secure contracts for fleet wrapping, branding, and livery updates.
With project values ranging from £3,000 to £100,000, and an industry-leading 20% commission rate, the earning potential here is entirely in your hands. A single large fleet contract could net you £20k personally.
The Ideal Candidate
* The Network: You already have the phone numbers. You have deep connections with decision-makers in commercial industries. You don't need to build a pipeline from scratch; you need to activate the one you already have.
* The Mindset: You are entrepreneurial. You understand that a salary is a safety net, but commission is where wealth is built. You want to exploit your network for maximum profit.
* The Ambition: You are looking for a home. We want someone who proves their worth and steps up to become our Commercial Sales Director, leading the division long-term.
Key Requirements
* Proven track record in B2B sales (Automotive/Fleet preferred but not essential if the network is strong).
* Existing relationships with fleet operators and commercial directors.
* Self-sufficient, driven, and professional.
