Job Overview West Wood Club is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our finance team. The role encompasses three of our six premium fitness clubs in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for accounting and the fitness industry. Key Responsibilities Competent to prepare accounts to Trial Balance, including nominal ledger journals. Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable and receivable. Process supplier invoices, receipts, and payments, ensuring timely management of all transactions. Reconcile daily sales and bank accounts to ensure accuracy in financial data. Produce monthly income statements and KPIs for the clubs. Liaise with suppliers, banks, and external auditors when required. Collaborate with department managers to enhance financial processes and controls. Other ad hoc financial tasks as required by management. Basic Requirements Qualified Accounting Technician or 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Sage Line 50 preferred. Good working knowledge of Excel required. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Motivated and deadline driven with keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
