The Facilities Engineer is a key role in our organization, responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role and possess a degree in a technical discipline.

Key Responsibilities:
\
* Leads plant engineering programs, implementing project plans for new or existing equipment and facilities
* Determines root cause failure analysis of equipment failures and develops preventative maintenance procedures
* Supports installation and repairs of equipment to ensure continuous safe operation
* Manages facilities-related contracts, ensuring compliance with procedures and current best practices
* Develops and maintains relationships with other departmental personnel to achieve engineering objectives

Requirements:
\
* Minimum of a level 8 degree in a technical discipline with 3 or more years experience in a similar role
* Prior experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
* Maintenance and troubleshooting experience of HVAC, Compressed Air, Water Systems, and Power Distribution
* Established knowledge of cGMP and safety standards applicable to a facility and clean-room/controlled environment
* Ability to share technical expertise with colleagues and express information clearly and concisely both verbally and in written format
