Department: QA Operations
Reports to: QA Operations Manager
About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QA Operations Specialist to join our client's dynamic team. Reporting to the QA Operations Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of key tasks in an autonomous and timely manner, meeting all targets and deadlines while maintaining strong working relationships with your team and other departments. You will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality assurance in oral solid dose production and contribute to the continuous improvement of quality systems.
Key Responsibilities
 * Review batch manufacturing documentation related to oral solid dose production.
 * Prepare documentation for Qualified Person (QP) release in a timely manner.
 * Investigate deviations and close them out, working closely with other departments.
 * Identify and implement corrective and preventative actions (CAPA).
 * Lead and participate in relevant Quality Risk Management Assessments.
 * Participate in internal and external audits as needed.
 * Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality systems and processes.
 * Provide QA support to various departments across the organization.
Position Requirements
 * A degree in Chemistry, Analytical Science, Pharmaceutical Science, Forensic Science, or a related field.
 * Strong IT skills and proficiency in relevant software.
 * Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
 * Proactive, self-motivated, and disciplined approach to work.
 * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
 * A strong, positive attitude and a commitment to upholding high standards of quality assurance.
