Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our large portfolio of facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of maintenance personnel, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in managing a medium-sized maintenance team
* Contract management skills, including the development, management and review of contracts and SLAs, and establishing relevant KPI's to ensure service objectives are being met
* Strong project management skills, with experience in managing capital replacement projects from procurement through to completion
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage contractor and vendor relationships effectively
* Experience in preventive maintenance, contracts and service delivery management, and procurement management
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
