We are currently seeking experienced
Chefs de Partie
to join the team at
The SpitJack Rotisserie Brasserie
, an award-winning restaurant group in Ireland with locations in
Cork and Limerick City
.
The SpitJack operates 7 days a week, serving
breakfast, lunch, and dinner
, and handles between
600–800 covers daily
with a team of 6 chefs. This is a
high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
where the Chef de Partie plays a key role in
running the pass and plating dishes
with consistency and precision.
We are looking for candidates who
thrive under pressure
, take pride in their work, and can confidently maintain quality standards in a busy service.
This role is best suited to individuals seeking international experience rather than career progression.
Please note: The
successful candidate will be required to pay €2,800 for a work permit
to relocate and work legally in Ireland.
While this may not be a promotional role, it offers an excellent opportunity for chefs who wish to
relocate to Ireland and the EU
. Long-term team members may also be eligible to
apply for Irish citizenship after 7 years of service
.
