Hotel Management Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Macroom, Co. Cork.
The successful candidate will be responsible for helping the General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring excellent customer service and working as part of a team to achieve smooth and efficient hotel management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the General Manager in managing the hotel's operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage departments.
* Provide exceptional customer service to all employees and ensure their needs are met.
* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve hotel goals and objectives.
* Manage and work within a team as well as on your own initiative.
* Strong analytical and financial management skills, with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality service.
* Flexible with working 5 days per week / 40 hours which will include days, nights, and weekends.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel management, with a focus on operations and guest service.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with Food Service Essential.
* Excellent analytical and financial management skills, with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
* Ability to manage and work within a team as well as on your own initiative.
* Flexible with working 5 days per week / 40 hours which will include days, nights, and weekends.
Package Offered:
* Competitive salary of €40,000-€42,000 depending on experience.
