Responsibilities
You will be required to work as part of a team and take instruction.
You will have the required ability to work in all sections of the kitchen.
You will be required to assist in the preparation of modified diets.
Requirements
Qualification completed in Professional Cookery, Culinary Arts, City & Guilds, etc.
– copy of certification will be required.
Previous experience working as a chef in high volume environment, or production kitchens.
Manual Handling & HACCP Level 2 training will be required, and can be supplied at registration.
Visa or GNIB (if applicable)
International Police Clearance (if lived abroad 6+ months)
