Field Service Engineer Role:
The Field Service Engineer is responsible for servicing and installing Systems on farms throughout Ireland. This involves prioritising workloads, travelling throughout Munster, and focusing on quality and customer service.
This position demands excellent technical and mechanical knowledge, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and strong communication skills.
A clean driving licence is essential, and experience in the Agricultural industry is desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Installation & Service of Automatic equipment
* Ensuring machine installations meet the highest standards
* Providing excellent customer support through on-call service with the Service Team
* Identifying and troubleshooting issues on site in a timely manner
* Planning and scheduling farm installations
* Organising and managing the servicing of machines
* Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues both on-site and over the phone
* Collaborating with the Technical Team and sharing information across the organisation
* Building relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and providing feedback on requirements
* Maintaining accurate installation and service records through the company CRM System
* Managing inventory of spares and consumables in the company service van
* Adhering to all Health and Safety Rules & Procedures
