Maintenance Specialist
As a skilled Maintenance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance of our high-volume assembly machines.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and troubleshooting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct planned and reactive maintenance activities to maintain machine performance.
* Identify and drive improvements in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and waste reduction.
* Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to resolve daily issues and provide technical support.
* Develop and implement preventative maintenance practices based on learnings from breakdowns and performance issues.
* Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned machine groups.
* Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and local engineering shops to address equipment needs.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
* Maintain accurate records and reports on engineering-related matters, including breakdowns and maintenance activities.
* Ensure a safe and clean work environment by adhering to high standards of safety and housekeeping.
