Business Development Executive
We are seeking a sales professional to join our team in the premium drinks sector. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business development and managing existing accounts across the region.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about wine, food, and hospitality, and has a proven track record in sales and business development. You will have the autonomy to manage your own agenda, follow up on leads, and grow a strong presence across hotels, restaurants, and other venues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive new business development across the territory.
* Manage and grow existing accounts, delivering excellent customer service.
* Build a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, social media, and proactive outreach.
* Represent premium products with knowledge and enthusiasm.
* Manage your field schedule and call plan, while adapting to client needs.
* Work closely with management to hit and exceed sales targets.
Candidate Profile:
* Proven track record in sales and business development, ideally within hospitality or FMCG.
* Genuine passion for wine, food, and quality products.
* A natural deal-closer with strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive with autonomy in a field-based role.
* Competent with IT systems (Microsoft Office; social media marketing an advantage).
* Full, clean driving licence.
