Project Manager
Our client provides fit-out services to the retail and commercial sectors. They are experts at delivering full design, construction, maintenance, and end-of-life strip out to all types of commercial businesses.
To lead a team of professionals and manage a construction project from start to finish, ensuring quality, efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing shared resources and finances.
* Coordinate with clients and design teams during planning and design phases.
* Develop and manage budgets to ensure projects are completed within budget guidelines.
* Maintain health and safety codes, quality requirements, environmental regulations, and building regulations.
* Make strategic decisions and provide leadership to the project team.
Requirements:
* Solid communication skills, assertive yet diplomatic.
* 10+ years of relevant post-qualification experience.
* Experience in executing commercial/retail projects.
* Ability to work independently and take charge of projects.
* Strong IT skills.
