Key Account Sales Executive – Dublin 12
Our client, a well-established supply and distribution provider of pipeline and construction products, is seeking to recruit an experienced Key Account Sales Executive to join their growing commercial team based in Dublin 12 (hybrid working available).
Operating for over 30 years, the company supplies materials and intelligent supply solutions to contractors, designers, and utility companies across Ireland and the UK.
With depots in Dublin and Sligo, they stock a comprehensive range of pipeline-related products and equipment and have built a strong reputation through proactive customer engagement, technical expertise, and product innovation.
The successful Key Account Sales Executive will be responsible for:
Managing and maintaining a portfolio of established B2B customer accounts
Developing and targeting new customer opportunities within the region
Building strong, long-term relationships through regular site and office visits
Supporting the effective and efficient operation of the Dublin depot sales process
Handling and resolving customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
Maintaining a structured project and customer enquiry log
Identifying new sectors, product alternatives, and growth opportunities
Providing technical support and product guidance to customers (full training provided)
Working closely with internal teams to achieve depot and regional revenue targets
The successful Key Account Sales Executive will be:
An experienced B2B sales professional, ideally within construction, engineering, utilities, or a related sector
Commercially driven with a strong customer-centric mindset
Highly organised, structured, and capable of managing a large customer portfolio
Confident engaging with stakeholders on construction sites and in professional office environments
A strong communicator with the ability to build credibility and trust
