Overview
My client, a leading global asset management company is recruiting a Fund Accountant Manager (VP) for their growing PE department. The role is based in central Dublin (Hybrid).
The Fund Accounting Manager (VP) will manage a team in a high growth area of the client.
You will be responsible for building relationships with key clients, and stakeholders and will play a strategic role in leading the Fund Accounting department and projects related to operational efficiencies.
Candidates must have a strong level of understanding of Alternative fund structures and related investment types.
Responsibilities
Acting as a senior point of contact for clients.
Responsible for ensuring the deliver of NAVs.
Lead department initiatives & group projects as appropriate
Manage resource planning of the team including partnering with other teams.
Train, coach and mentor new employees; develop and motivate staff within their team
What you need
At least 7 years’ experience in Alternative funds, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
