The problem Integrity Operations Solutions Team within Problem Integrity Operations mission is to enable Problem Integrity Operations (PIO) teams to better protect people and businesses, and preserve voice and economic opportunity by driving and delivering the common services, initiatives and operational processes that benefit from centralized accountability that elevate our Organisation.We're hiring a Project Manager for the PIO Solutions Workflow Performance and Reliability Team. In this role you will support PIO in running the business more efficiently and effectively by stabilizing the business through business process health support functions by driving programs that enable workflow performance through business operations processes, metrics, and governance.
Project Manager, Problem Integrity Solutions Responsibilities:
* Manage projects end-to-end, including scope definition, workstreams, Milestones, Activities and timelines
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful program execution
* Identify and mitigate risks that could impact program success
* Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners
* Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and scalability for Run the Business Support Functions
* Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize operational needs
* Analyze program performance, data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
* Continuously assess and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Minimum Qualifications:
* 3+ years of operations, project or program management experience
* Experience independently delivering functional or technical projects or programs from inception to delivery
* Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope
* Experience leading process improvement projects across a dynamic and cross-functional landscape
* Demonstrated experience navigating ambiguity and achieving outcomes in fast paced environments
* Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems or operational processes
* Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones
Preferred Qualifications:
* Graduate degree
* 3+ years of experience analyzing large datasets in SQL, Google Sheets or similar tools to evaluate operational health and identify areas of improvement
* Experience working in a technology company or consulting firm
