Main Responsibilities:

* Supporting clients with their queries and issues

* Planning and executing client events and launches

* Demonstrating technical capabilities to new customers

* Assisting with communications campaigns and competitor analysis

* Suggesting improvements based on customer feedback

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business studies or a related field

* 2-3+ years' experience in client account management or communications focused roles

* Proficient in MS Office and office management software

* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with clients at all levels

* Proven ability to self-manage and take ownership of projects

This is a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The role is fully office-based in Limerick City Centre, however, there may be the option of some working from home/hybrid after 1 year of service.
