Job Description
Drive business growth as the Head of Sales, a key member of the Senior Management Team. You will play a critical role in shaping and executing the company's sales strategy across multiple territories.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead high-performing sales teams by mentoring and supporting sales managers, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance management.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
* Drive operational excellence and customer service by enhancing CRM performance, optimizing sales pipelines, and improving internal sales processes.
* Manage pricing and market strategy to deliver sustainable margin growth while providing critical market insights.
* Lead business development initiatives by identifying and acquiring new customers, expanding into new territories, and commercializing innovative products.
* Champion brand and marketing initiatives by driving lead generation, creating marketing collateral, and pursuing PR opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5+ years of international sales management experience, preferably in omni-channel sales with a proven record of performance.
* 7+ years of sales/marketing experience, with online sales experience being advantageous.
* Degree in Business or equivalent.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coach, resolve conflicts, and manage stakeholders.
* Advanced negotiation and decision-making skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
