About This Role:
This role is responsible for implementing policies and standards according to regulatory requirements, ensuring that our Quality Management System remains up-to-date. The successful candidate will be able to monitor the effectiveness of our operations through analysis of customer complaints, accreditation status, microbial monitoring performance, supplier appraisal, contractor's reports etc.,
In addition they must be proactive in planning conducting testing inspecting materials products assure finished product quality Develop recommend monitor corrective preventative actions Assist all finished product specifications ensure completed customer legislative guidelines Supported Internal External Audits shift level Support Product Innovation manage support bring new launches Interaction customers queries complaints information timely fashion Required Skills Qualifications:
1. Fancy Food Science/Food Technology qualification advantageous Must have 3+ years similar experience working people management essential Solid technical background knowledge Industry Food Standards e.g GFSI BRC IFS ISO Certifications advantage including HACCP TACCP Internal Auditing Lead Auditor Train Trainer Able work own initiative judge appropriately escalate organised efficient concurrently projects affectively Collaborative inclusive approach colleagues vital.
