This permanent role reports to the Lead SharePoint Platform Developer and focuses on designing, developing, testing and maintaining business applications in document management, knowledge management and professional services solutions. The role centres on Microsoft technologies, including low-code and no-code solutions, the MS O365 stack, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and emerging Microsoft AI-based solutions. What Youll Be Doing: Designing, developing, testing and maintaining business applications using SharePoint Online, the Power Platform, SPFx, the MS365 stack and AI capabilities. Migrating legacy applications to modern Microsoft cloud architecture following best practices. Collaborating with teams to understand requirements, design solutions, implement features, test systems and deploy applications. Supporting the Product Management function with complex product or integration assessments. Working with the technology team to improve development practices and frameworks. Key Requirements: Essential: Minimum 2 years' Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Strong understanding of data modelling, connectors and integration within Microsoft 365. Ability to design and implement low-code/no-code solutions. Solid understanding of system integration, particularly RESTful APIs. Hands-on Microsoft 365 experience, especially SharePoint Online. Proficient with Git version control. Desirable: SPFx development experience (TypeScript, React, Angular). Experience with Unit Testing, TDD and automated testing tools (e.g., Playwright). Experience building Office Add-ins for Word and Outlook. PowerShell scripting, especially PnP PowerShell. Exposure to Microsoft Teams development, Copilot Studio and Azure services such as Azure Functions, Key Vault, Azure Storage, Azure AI Foundry. Experience with AI technologies across Microsoft ecosystem and broader AI platforms. Working knowledge of Microsoft Graph API. Professional services or legal industry experience advantageous. Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban). Ability to work independently and collaboratively, communicate effectively and deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines.
