Job Description
The Training Lead serves as the main point of contact for the project, coordinating all activities. He/she will ensure that the standard process for training is followed consistently across all locations. The lead will also be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing curricula and learning materials, and managing all phases of training interventions applicable to all locations.

* Global training bandwidth review
* Support for remote or traveling team members
* Version control for training materials
* Monitoring and reporting training completion rates
* Timely and accurate reporting of training hours
* Training enhancement and onboarding
* Risk impact assessments on project updates
* Methodology alignment for project updates
* Feedback consolidation for project updates
Job Qualifications
* Maintain Info Exchange Tracker for client-driven training requests
* Use AHT tracker to assess impact on production hours
* Create weekly training initiatives analysis and reports
* Recommend training enhancements
* Revise training agendas and improve materials
* Develop assessment approaches
* Create site scorecards for leads and trainers
* Ensure process alignment and adherence
* Implement project update cascade methodology
* Develop new hire and cross-training curricula
* Establish service rehearsal methodology
* Manage onboarding processes
* Trainer and facilitation certifications
* Performance management and team management
* Conduct process audits and team meetings
* Weekly 1-on-1 sessions with site leads
* Review organizational structure with leads and global QTP lead
* Focus on performance achievement and strategic training interventions
