Key Automotive Sales Role
We are seeking results-driven sales professionals to promote and sell pre-owned vehicles to customers, providing exceptional service throughout the buying process.
Main Responsibilities:
* Sales & Customer Engagement: Greet and engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences, present and demonstrate features, specifications, and benefits, provide pricing and financing information.
* Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets, maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer questions, follow up on leads and inquiries.
* Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, trade-ins, and financing options with customers to close sales, ensure accurate paperwork completion.
* Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, vehicle models, and competitor offerings, expand knowledge of inventory and promotions.
* Collaboration & Teamwork: Work with sales managers, finance teams, and other departments for an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Previous sales experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing role, strong communication and interpersonal skills, passion for cars and knowledge of automotive products.
* Ability to meet sales targets, work in a fast-paced environment, good negotiation and closing skills, high school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
