Job Overview:
The Person in Charge (PIC) is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care within residential services.
* Provide strong leadership to staff, ensuring a culture of respect and dignity.
* Liaise with senior management regarding service planning and quality improvement.
* Prepare and lead inspections, audits, and follow-up action plans.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, review, and update individualised support plans.
2. Promote independence, inclusion, social participation, and wellbeing of residents.
3. Lead, support, and supervise the staff team, ensuring continuous professional development.
4. Manage rosters, staffing levels, and allocation of duties to meet regulatory needs.
