Seeking an experienced Construction Professional to oversee projects and lead site teams in a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities include managing construction activities, delivering projects on time and to perfection, maintaining accurate records and reports, motivating and leading site teams, and ensuring work quality meets client expectations.
Key Requirements:
* Relevant qualification in construction or engineering
* Main contracting experience with residential development project management
* Strong analytical, decision-making, and team building skills
* Excellent written and oral presentation skills
Benefits:
A competitive salary of €65,000 - €80,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience) is offered for this role.
