Job Details
Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Department: Warehouse
Position Reports to: Warehouse & Facility Manager
Location: Parkwest (offsite work may be required)
Responsibilities
* To assist within day-to-day duties within the Filestores business, including warehouse, special operations and projects tasks.
* Picking/refiling files and boxes.
* Sorting and preparing customer orders.
* Working as part of a team to achieve daily objectives.
* Following all relevant processes and procedures.
* Maintaining housekeeping and warehouse organisation.
* Maintaining accuracy and quality of inventory.
* Safely operating forklift and reach trucks as required (training can be provided).
Qualifications
* Leaving certificate or equivalent.
* Forklift and/or reach licenses desirable.
Personal characteristics
* A professional and very dynamic person that can adapt to the ever-changing environment of Kefron.
* Must be high energy and self-motivated and deliver on agreed commitments in a professional and timely manner.
* Excellent communications and relationship management skills.
* Must be a team player, yet highly self-driven and ambitious.
* Strong organisational skills to deliver on customers’ expectations.
* Ideally has proficiency with computer systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
