Lead Senior Engineer
This is a senior site-based engineering leadership role, with responsibility across multiple work packages. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading engineering teams, managing complex projects and providing technical input on various aspects of construction.
The successful applicant will be responsible for setting the engineering strategy for setting out, onsite control and technical delivery. They will also provide advanced technical input across key work packages including concrete, drainage, external works, steelwork, flooring and cleanroom environments.
The role requires strong leadership skills to manage quality systems NCR processes and ensure compliance with statutory regulations. Additionally the candidate should have excellent communication skills to interface directly with clients coordinate design teams consultants.
The key responsibilities include:
1. Liaising between site engineers contractors suppliers consultants
2. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of construction technologies best practices standards
3. Promoting collaborative working relationships within project team sites facilities services
4. Evaluating high-risk activities identifying mitigation strategies improving overall health safety performance

The ideal candidate will possess a degree qualification in civil engineering or related field preferably holding Temporary Works Coordinator TWC training Lifting Operations awareness Appointed Person A61 CPCS equivalent Scaffold awareness inspection training SMSTS SSSTS UK MSIC Ireland certifications.
