Job Description:
As a Global Business Partner, you will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships and collaborations to accelerate biologics discovery, development, and manufacturing. With a global presence in the biopharmaceutical and healthcare industries, our client is a leading provider of biologics services.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders to collect user requirements and present innovative solutions.
* Overseeing project lifecycles, managing automation systems, integrating vendor partnerships, overseeing building management, and implementing operational technology applications.
* Drafting documents, conducting design reviews, performing acceptance testing, and ensuring qualifications align with GAMP5 standards.
* Ensuring seamless integration of automation workstreams at site by driving functional commitment on projects.
* Effectively managing project finances, forecasts, risks, change processes, and providing regular status updates.
* Facilitating productive meetings, leading steering discussions, and actively encouraging risk and problem management.
* Coordinating system handover planning and providing post-project support to engineering and maintenance teams.
* Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and collaborating on joint programs with key stakeholders.
* Leveraging expertise to execute global initiatives, strategies, SOP harmonization, program rollouts, and risk management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A Bachelor's degree in relevant fields with 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biological industry.
* Familiarity with biologics drug manufacturing processes and equipment.
* Experience in projects involving system integration, automation, instrumentation, controls, or digitalization in pharmaceutical/biochemical/biological industry.
* Track record of leading complex projects and cross-functional initiatives.
* Familiarity with major DCS and working knowledge of BMS/SCADA/PLC systems.
* Strong customer service, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
* Good knowledge of GMP regulations.
* Able to work across regions, time zones, and travel domestically and internationally.
