This is a senior, high-visibility role ideal for an experienced B2 B marketer who can combinestrategic thinking with hands-on execution, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and work effectively across international teams.
Responsibilities: Lead the country Go-to-Market strategy for the product in France.
Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, webinars, content, influencer, and partner programs)Translate global programs into locally relevant narratives and campaigns, adapting for language and market nuances Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging, alignment, and execution Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring high-quality execution across all programs Track and report on campaign performance, adoption metrics, and commercial impact to senior stakeholders Serve as the go-to-market expert, enabling sales and customer success teams with toolkits and campaign support Your profile:5–10+ years of experience in B2 B marketing, ideally in tech/Saa SExperience in HR tech, Talent Acquisition, or L&D environments (preferred)Native or near-native French with strong English for global collaboration Experience partnering with Field Marketing and regional teams; comfortable influencing cross‑functional stakeholders.
