Senior HR Business Partner
to join the team and play a key role in shaping people strategy and supporting leaders across the organisation.
About the Role
Lead and support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to development, performance management, and offboarding.
Advise on employee relations, absence management, and workplace conduct to ensure consistent, fair, and compliant practices.
Use HR metrics and insight to inform decisions, identify trends, and recommend improvements across the business.
Partner with senior leaders and site managers to deliver high-performing, engaged teams.
Provide expert, practical advice on employee relations, performance, and workforce issues.
Support leadership development, succession planning, and talent initiatives.
Be a visible and trusted HR presence across the business.
About You
Experienced HR Business Partner (5+ years)
Confident advising senior leaders and managing complex people matters.
Commercially minded, practical, and solutions-focused.
Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
Enjoys operating close to the business and making a tangible impact.
