CPL Limerick are recruiting for a Clerical Administrator with high level administration experience to join our client in Limerick to join their busy team to work on a contract basis.
This role is based in Limerick working 3 days in one site & 2 days in other site both Limerick based sites (Own transport required).
Working in a team environment you will be responsible for some of the following duties : Managing emails and correspondence Take minutes of meetings Diary management Updating shared folders Maintaining the time & attendance system for staff members Handling phone calls coming into the service and fielding/taking messages as appropriate Maintaining and inputting statistics into Excel File preparation and uploading documents to the database Skills / Experience At least 6-12 months of professional clerical/ administration experience desired Experience in a healthcare setting a plus but not essential High proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook Minutes of meeting is a big advantage
