About The Role
* Design a robust outbound sales strategy to engage senior legal executives in Ireland.
* Build relationships at the highest level within large organisations to create opportunities for innovative solutions.
* Lead high-impact presentations and meetings to influence and win business.
* Manage both inbound and outbound sales channels, ensuring every lead is nurtured to close.
* Owning the sales process end-to-end — from prospecting and pitching through to negotiation, contract signing, and seamless handover to delivery teams.
Requirements
* 10+ years in high-value sales within the legal or professional services industry.
* A proven record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
* Strong connections with Irish-based senior legal leaders, including General Counsels and Heads of Legal.
* The ability to navigate long sales cycles and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in a consultative sales environment.
* Highly motivated, results-driven, and confident operating independently in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
* Experience with CRM tools and managing a structured sales pipeline.
