Site Manager
A highly skilled Site Manager is sought to oversee various construction projects nationwide. With a strong track record in managing multiple sites, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years' experience in Irish projects post-graduation. A Resident Engineer background with Roads and Transport experience is essential. Additionally, experience in large-scale civil projects is desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage and supervise a team of engineers and technicians
• Coordinate with senior management to achieve project objectives
• Develop and implement strategies to improve site efficiency and productivity
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
• A relevant engineering degree
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in Irish projects post-graduation
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
