HR Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing contracts and offer letters.
* Manage and maintain accurate employee data and HR files.
* Support probation reviews and employee exit procedures.
* Assist with recruitment administration such as posting job adverts and scheduling interviews.
* Prepare new starter packs and coordinate induction schedules.
* Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries, escalating as needed.
* Maintain HR trackers and produce basic reports.
