* E nsure full compliance with HACCP, food safety, and health & safety regulations in the cafe.

* Handle customer feedback professionally and ensure a welcoming, efficient atmosphere.

* Implement and maintain high standards in presentation, cleanliness, and service.

* Collaborate with head office or ownership on promotions, product launches, and new initiatives.

* E nsure all financial, cash handling, and administrative procedures are followed.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* 2+ years' experience in a café, restaurant, or food retail management role.

* A strong background in customer service and team leadership.

* Knowledge of food safety standards.

* Proven ability to manage budgets, stock, and staff rotas.

* A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality.

* Barista or food prep experience is an advantage but not essential.
