Events & Banqueting ManagerWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Events and Banqueting Manager for our client, we are looking for a manager to lead the department, take a hands-on approach with the team to deliver an excellent standard of service to the clients. The ideal Events& Banqueting Manager will come from a busy 4* or 5* property. Property can assist with accommodation. Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of conferences, banquets, weddings, and eventsActively lead the banquet team to ensure optimum service to guests and meeting planner satisfactionManage, train and ensure the performance of assigned Banquet Staff.Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure all details are addressed.Monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectivenessThe Ideal Candidate:1-2 years’ experience in a similar position5* experience would be a distinct advantageStrong leadership and communication skills
