Senior Trading Underwriter Job Opportunity
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver sales support, best advice, and quality service to our valued Broker Partners.
* Support and mentor junior colleagues to ensure precision and consistency in underwriting practices.
* Build key relationships through daily interactions with broker partners.
* Manage new business submissions & renewals in line with agreed procedures and risk appetite.
* Maximise revenue generation through delivery of rate carry optimising sales and retention opportunities.
Requirements:
* Commercial General Insurance with commitment to work toward Certified Insurance Professional (CIP).
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial insurance of underwriting or sales, preferably Fleet.
* Strong knowledge of Commercial Products and Underwriting criteria.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain effective relations with brokers.
