A 4* hotel renowned for exceptional weddings, events, and guest experiences is seeking an experienced Wedding & Events Co-Ordinator to join its team.
This is a high-impact role suited to a detail-oriented, client-focused professional with a strong sales mindset and a passion for delivering memorable events.
You will manage the full event lifecycle across weddings, corporate events, and conferencesfrom initial enquiry and site inspections to planning, contract negotiation, and on-the-day coordinationwhile driving revenue and maximising guest experience.
Key Responsibilities Proactively manage event enquiries, conduct show-arounds, prepare tailored proposals, and convert leads into confirmed business Act as the main point of contact for wedding couples and event organisers, delivering a personalised and professional service Plan and coordinate events end-to-end, managing timelines, logistics, suppliers, and on-site execution Prepare contracts, quotes, and event packages, maximising revenue through upselling and cost control Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event delivery Ensure outstanding client experiences before, during, and after each event Requirements Proven experience in weddings and events sales and coordination Excellent organisational and time-management skills Confident communicator with strong client-facing abilities Ability to manage multiple enquiries and events simultaneously Flexibility to work varied schedules, including event days
