I'm currently partnering with a dynamic, high-performing retail business to find a talented and driven
Area Manager
. This is a high-impact, multi-site leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about people, performance, and progress.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a group of stores with direct line management responsibility for Store Managers
* Build and maintain a positive, high-performing team culture
* Coach and develop Store Managers to consistently deliver commercial and operational excellence
* Analyse sales, stock and staffing data to identify opportunities for improvement
* Lead store openings, refurbishments, and ongoing district-level projects
* Implement and track annual business plans and KPIs for your district
* Ensure compliance with all cash management and operational processes
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including regular senior leadership meetings
What We're Looking For:
* A 2:1 degree in any discipline, or a minimum of three years' management experience
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Highly organised, analytical, and motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Full UK driving licence
* Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced retail or customer-focused environment
* Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire and develop teams
* Previous multi-site management experience is a strong advantage
