Reperio has partnered with a leading organization undergoing a major Agile transformation, seeking an experienced
Release Train Engineer (RTE)
to join their Agile Delivery team on a 12-month rolling contract.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the core of a large-scale Agile Release Train, fostering cross-team collaboration, continuous delivery, and value flow.
The position provides flexible working arrangements.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning, ART syncs, and system demos
Drive the flow of value using Agile tools and frameworks (SAFe, Kanban)
Collaborate with Product Management, Scrum Masters, and Engineering to manage risks and dependencies
Promote Agile best practices and ensure alignment across teams
Lead Inspect & Adapt workshops and continuous improvement initiatives
Serve as a servant leader and coach across the Agile Release Train
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Release Train Engineer
in complex, enterprise-level environments
Strong knowledge of
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
; SAFe RTE certification is highly desirable
Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills
Experience with Agile delivery tools (e.g.,
Jira, Rally
) or equivalent
Ability to work independently and influence without authority
