Overview
Join Sodexo as a Helpdesk Operative in Portlaoise, Co. Kildare. The role is full‑time and supports our Administration and Contract/Facilities teams with daily administrative, financial and compliance tasks.
Responsibilities
* Act as a liaison with FM, cleaning and caretaking teams to resolve site issues swiftly.
* Process invoices, payroll, purchase orders and assist with month‑end account closing.
* Maintain accurate work order creation, track open call reports and provide data for monthly contract reports and audit actions.
* Deliver day‑to‑day administrative support to Contract/Facilities Managers, including minutes and documentation.
Qualifications
* Understanding of contracts and key performance indicators.
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with Outlook and Word.
* Prior experience in a similar office administration role.
* Exemplary attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a self‑motivated attitude.
* Ability to work under pressure, make decisions and take ownership of problem resolution.
* Basic bookkeeping and accounts duties knowledge.
